Shipping policy
This is our shipping policy, effective as of February 17, 2025.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Unless otherwise specified, please allow up to 14 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 days for non-custom items to let you know your order is on the way! For faster processing times please contact Contact@woodrescue.ca
STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up upon request, contact Contact@woodrescue.ca prior to your purchase to confirm this is an option for your timeline.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery may be available from time to time but is not a guaranteed service. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery or local delivery is not available at that point in time. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. For local delivery orders that do not specify what to do with items at the door, will be left at reception if applicable or will return to the facility, an additional delivery rate will be charged for incomplete deliveries.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If the shipping rate is greater than the rate paid at checkout for any reason, Wood Rescue reserves the right to approach the customer and ask for payment of the difference or provide the customer with a penalty-free option to cancel the order.
Wood Rescue is not responsible for delays in shipping from any provider it uses for fulfillment.
